Hand-picked coffee beans from the forests of Nilgiri. Foraged coffee beans pulped in small batches and roasted medium dark (Leaving the berries to ripen fully on the plant until harvest ensures peak flavour in the beans.) !! The Irula/Kurumba/Toda tribe dwell and own land in the forest and are responsible (and we are thankful to them) for bringing us this coffee . Just a cold brewed filter decoction served with ice or hot water is the simplest and best way to have it. Best coffee is had the vegan way.
